Three's a crowd

He tried hard not to meet her eyes in the middle of the conversation. Her eyes reflects back his lies, bouncing his words back to him. Her youth shines behind the dancing earrings, camouflaging her tiny wrinkles. An outsider might be deceived by her age.

While carrying Sashi on her hip, she prepares lunch box for Sasha.

"I will not be home during the weekends"he said

"Alright, I will bring Sasha to swimming class then". She carried on her chores diligently, pausing only once in a while shoving back her front fringe that falls every now and then, as if reminding her to take a break in between her shuffles from kitchen to the bathroom.

Jay slams the door behind him as he walks out.

"Strange, nowadays the wind is just too harsh" Radha mumbled to herself and  wonders out loud on what side dish can pair perfectly with her dhal curry.

 **********
The door opens, the clock struck 8 at night.

She gave him the duplicate keys to her apartment, expecting in return for a wedding ring. She had been told that one shouldn't expect anything in return when it comes to love but is this late night affair called love? She embraces him with her arms, makes sure his comforts are her utmost priority. She hugged him tightly and watches him drift to sleep.

"Love you Radha" he mumbled softly in his sleep

Brinda slowly untangled his arms from hers, careful enough not to wake him up. While shifting to her side of bed,she realized where she stands in his life.

Lost memories

None of his daughters have blue eyes, he proudly claimed to have inherited them from his late grandfather. His head covered with white hair, only one or two strands of black hair remains, which constantly reminds him of his younger days. His wife had left him so many years ago in her sleep, leaving him alone with four daughters. There's never been a day he yearned for a son because angels usually comes in the form of daughters.

"Papa, keep this with you. This will help to bring you home in case you got lost"

Jayanthi, his eldest daughter kissed him on the forehead and gave him a small card that contains his name, contact number and his address before leaving for work.

He clutched to the card as if it's a sacred bible. Life seems to be a time bomb for him, anytime and anywhere his memories will slip away from his mind. He was warned the day will come when he'll not remember Jayanthi's first smile, Jansi's first word and the moments his twin girls received their graduation scrolls.

The door closed with a thud and tears streamed down as reality dawned upon him.

[Fiction] The reason of her life

Everyday seems like a battleship war, she struggles with her willingness to wake up in the morning. However her mother's voice can even move mountains and that's how she force herself to bid farewell to her comforting bed. Its like a breakup with her bed but its the kind of relationship that you will always return to. She drag herself to the bathroom, unable to put her feet together below the shower head. Sometimes she hopes there is a capsule hidden under the soap which she can magically transform it into a small fluffy bed and in that she can continue to contemplate on how miserable humans life can be at times.

"You planning to sleep there forever, aren't you? Hurry up, your brother needs to use the bathroom as well"

Her mother's voice break the bubbles of dreams that she's having in the bathroom. She remembered how her mother bought her brother the bicycle that she always dreamed of having when she was ten. Her mother is doing the same thing, anything in favorable for her son, the son that will carry the family crown someday.

"Uh,I really need to move out from this place" she mumbled.

''Maybe you need to keep your eyes open first''her mother said when she was about to enter the dining room instead of her bedroom. Surprisingly the amount of water she wasted couldn't divert her away from sleepiness.

The clock struck half past seven and she was still finding a proper shirt to pair with her grey jeans and not forgetting the amount of time that she need to spent on ironing her outfit. After a few moments of arguments on the taste of the coffee that her mother made, she barge out of the house at the speed of the storm.. For her, the freedom yet misery is outside there and a day in the house is a day wasted in the calendar regardless of how it ends.

The journey to the office will be filled with curse and she has almost drafted a complain letter on her mind to the Municipal Council on how awful their city planning is. The number of unwanted lanes and traffic lights has always been the reason why she throw fist in the air, battling the stress and the morning traffics behind her back.

"As always, someone is late" the bald head guy said while passing by her and she knew she's already 30 minutes behind everybody else.

The rage inside her heart was just been intensified but she manage to control herself to not create another enemy in the office. Who knows she might need the bald guy's help to manage her shifts one day. And yet she cant help thinking of how she hated herself for calling him a bald guy in her head and at the same instance she also feels that if  there's one guy who deserve that description,it is him for sure.

Slowly she walked to her cube, wondering how many emails that she needs to answer, and how much responsibilities climbing up the ladder to reach her shoulder. She hates to do a routine job. Perhaps a paid vacation around the world serves her needs more rather than sitting in a cramped office building walls around her.

There's only one reason she's still working in a place that she hates so much. The reason that's keeping her in this office is a 6'1 feet tall guy with a small round face and a charming smile, not to mention a beautiful personality and a sense of humor that some ladies will die for.Everyday the reason of her life will pass by her place  with a packet of sandwich and cup of coffee that will eventually land on her table. He will stop by and pretend to have a quick chat on what normally colleagues will talk about. Maybe today he will comment about how the pipes are broken in the first floor bathroom and why one should not use it for the day because it could be a real disaster.

"You know in the middle of doing your thing and you realize the bathroom has no water"he will say  it jokingly without distracting his eyes from hers. And when he knows nobody is looking he will whisper the word 'I love you darling' and one can imagine how her cheeks will blush just the same red she had when he said it for the first time.

And  the sudden changes on her face is so obvious to the crowd, yet it remains a puzzle to them on how cheerful she can be after she had her daily dose of sandwiches and coffee. Some of her colleagues thinks that she is a zombie till she gets her morning coffee but they don't know that he is the caffeine to her mornings and endorphins in the afternoon. And so,how can one ignore the way sunflowers look when they had their first ray of the sunshine, and how lively the strawberries are when they are sprinkled with cold water?

"You add beauty in my life"she said to him while he was busy finding the business card in his wallet.

You are as beautiful as those sunflowers and strawberries and how can the absence of sun rays and those sprinkled water take away their essence. Believe me, you are already beautiful on your own.

"Don't you know sunshine and water are vital for their survivor and so are you to me."

Deep in her heart she know everyday will be a battleship war but with him around she will always emerge as a winner in every challenges that comes her way. And that's how the rest of the days goes, with a happy smile on her face and the strength that she gathers today will bring her hope to try again another day,for one more time.

Shells in the heart

She was busy making something out of that one dollar note, perhaps an origami that she learnt years ago. Are you trying to make a heart shape out of the note? he asked.

Just like a small kid reacting after been caught for stealing candies, she pursed her lips trying to hide her embarrassment. She wonder how he could do that all the time, the way he weaves all the thoughts that have been occupying her scattered mind. Ironic still, he kept saying ‘I can’t read your mind; you seem to build walls around you’

There’s a familiar song playing on the background but she couldn’t recall the exact title of the song. That strains her thoughts not being able to recall the title of the song even though she could remember the lyrics by heart.  The noise from the crowds doesn’t help much making her to get back those hands to work on that one dollar again.

She lowered down her gaze, pretending to concentrate on the note and not his eyes. Those eyes do wonders, makes her feel like a glowing princess with a crystal crown. What makes her to turn back to him for everything, just like the way the moon encircles the Earth, her footsteps follows wherever his shadow goes. Perhaps this is what love is all about. Maybe this is what all the poets are trying to convey in their words. Finally everything started to make sense, all those tales written by man. The sweet melancholic feeling when it comes to love. Maybe this is what written in all the romantic books that’s struggling to be given a space in her wardrobe. Love always has a way to attract the crowds.

This feeling is like collecting shells along the seashore. She knew time is running out, in fact the future of both of them to be together seems vague. She needs to find as much shells as she could to be kept in a lovely Pandora box, shoved under the bed and to be opened only when no one is around. That’s how she see this moment as, too precious to not pay attention to it.

The sound of a fork been drop forced her thoughts to come back to the present moment .She wants to make a heart shape out of the note and give it to him. She wants him to keep that heart shape note as her remembrance. But then, her hands kept on failing her. She found him looking at her clumsy hands which are battling to make a perfect heart shape out of the note. That makes her feel vulnerable; she can’t seem to do anything when those eyes watch every movement of hers.
She gives up on the note and passed the crumpled note back to him. Maybe this could be a sign, maybe both of them are never meant to be together after all. Maybe he shouldn’t keep anything that reminds him of her. That’s how paranoid she is, she always look out for a sign, silent hints that God bestowed upon them.

You are just too pious,P.I.O.U.S’she remember him stressing out the word by spelling it for her. How could this happen, a strong believer and a logic thinker to be attracted towards each other? Again, maybe this is what love is all about.

Out of a sudden, he breaks the silence. He furrowed his brows and ask her what she thinks about him and what makes her to fall for him.

Don’t ask me these questions, because I just have no answer for it. It just happens’ she said even though she wants to say so much but she knew words not helping her at all. She can’t express much verbally. It’s one of her flaws. If he asks her to pen down her thoughts, maybe it will reach more than a thousand pages.

Maybe you just admire me for who I am, maybe this could just be a plain attraction’ he kept presenting her with facts and logic. He’s an open thinker, he believes in reasons and consequences. He questions the rules set by the world. But whenever the brain takes over his heart, he’s prone to hurt her even more. And when the feeling she has for him been countered with logics, she will be silent and let her tears to take over instead.

This is how it goes all the time. Her expression will slowly soften his heart. The tears will bring him back to her. Just in a split of seconds, his heart will slowly regains its place and he knew this little girl with sparkling eyes adores him so much and it soothes him.

Sometimes, knowing that someone loves you  so much could bring tears. And so he will shed some tears for the love of his life. How could he doubt her true love when her heart has already nested softly under his roof…..and this is how it always ends all the time….

P.S: [Im back]..miss being here so muchhhh...

A piece of dream

[Tried something different, quite a long post though. You may throw any kind of criticism into the comment box]

Wet clothes hanging on the balcony, I watch them proudly swinging their way in the wind like a careless child that doesn’t care about what lies tomorrow. I felt a tinge of pain on my eyes, wasn’t sure what causes it. Was it the summer haze or the memory of a child running veraciously chasing after the blue kite in the middle of a paddy field? I could hear her laughter, its contagious to the world. It’s been so long, the laughter still rings in my ear. Perhaps it was the latter; that child makes me feel so nostalgic on a Monday morning. It wasn’t a usual Monday morning though. The clock struck 8 am, Soumya was soundly asleep, I could hear her audible snoring. Ah, I bet the world she wouldn’t believe it when I told about her snoring when she wakes up! Tried that before and I failed. Soumya’s alarm buzzed frantically bringing me back to what she told me the day before.

‘Jansi, don’t ever forget to wake me up before you leave tomorrow’ said Soumya while craning her neck under the bed looking for her lost pencil. I chuckled at the thought that it could be near to impossible for her to get back the pencil as it might already swallowed by the ocean of junks that she carefully guarded under her bed all this while.

‘Ahuh..yeah I will but before that, don’t you think all these junks had already been two years old’ I said provided the fact that I’ve been her roommate for more than three years.

‘I’ll pretend I didn’t hear that ’she said.

I knew she will give up on the quest of finding the pencil as soon as she grabbed her blanket to catch a good night sleep. Soumya is always like that, a carefree soul, an antique collector, someone whom I will never trade for anything in the world.

I glanced towards the clock, bringing myself to this moment. I felt as though time is begging me not to be late especially on this auspicious day. I stood and head towards my wardrobe. It’s a peacock blue saree, a graduation gift from Soumya. I watch myself tying it in front of the mirror. I still remember how my mother tied it for me the last time. A red with golden border silk saree, she proudly exclaimed how much it cost and at the same time adoring the resemblance of her in me despite the tears that welled up my eyes.

‘I don’t want all this Ma, I don’t want to get marry.this is what I want Ma’I told her pointing to the offer letter from University of Madras which had been lying on my bed, stained with my tears all over it.

You are a woman and you must get married’ she said while handing me a tray of coffee

Now go and make yourself worthy’
Worthy! Was that all she wanted from me? Till today I could never forget nor forgive. The day I bowed in front of some strangers, showcasing myself while obeying the rules set by the world.

‘My God,you look gracious Jansi’ Soumya’s voice startled me. She gave me a hug from behind and I quickly stop the tears that’s trickling down my eyes.I forced a wide grin on my face as I watch the excitement drawn on Soumya’s face .She will make up for all, she’ll be my family today. I assured myself.

Just give me a second,I’ll drive you to the campus’ Soumya said while heading towards bathroom with a towel on her shoulder.

Back inside the car, I was totally lost in my own thoughts. The ride that I took four years ago had brought me here. That night I decided to run away from home with a luggage of dreams and hope. It was midnight and everyone was soundly asleep after saying a toast to the alliance of me and Rajesh.

The beautiful view outside from the car window couldn’t pull back my wandering thoughts. I’d decided to leave the scenery behind this day. Memories of that moment kept on kicking my mind, stealing me away from the honking sounds and the couple that were fighting in the middle of the road. They had blocked away all the cars. In the meantime, I’m aware of Soumya swearing and throwing fist in the air but all I could hear was dead silence that accompanied me when I walked towards Amma’s bed that awful day. I kissed her forehead while whispering a silent farewell. She doesn’t know when a daughter goes to school; the whole family gets the scroll. Appa was sleeping on the other side, he had been so proud of me for bringing such a fortune to the family. Rajesh is a jackpot to us, I heard him saying to Amma. He raised me up just to bring me so much of disappointment.

Amidst the heavy traffic that overwhelmed the morning road, we reached on time. I saw a father adjusting his son’s tie and I saw a mother in a wheelchair kissing her daughter on the cheek. I saw a life presented in front of me, people from all over the world gathering to witness dreams coming true this day. Soumya wrapped her arms around mine assuring her presence beside me. Even though, she couldn’t make it through this semester but I could see pure happiness on her face as her best friend is the Gold Medal recipient of the year.

A huge applause came toiling behind me while I receive the honourable degree on the stage. I half smiled at Soumya whom had been beaming with pride as she said something to the lady beside her. I could slightly imagine that the conversation must be about me. I walked towards her and park myself on the empty seat to her left.

‘I think it’s time for me to go home, and this time I’m bringing along a piece of dream with me’I whispered to Soumya.

And for that I received the biggest hugs ever from her.

‘Yes,it’s time to go home’she nodded with a smile.

The ceremony took another two hours but all I could see was that child again. She was panting hard while resting her hands on her knees. She had stopped chasing for the kite as for now it had landed directly on her feet. I hear her laughter again, louder and now it brings me a radiant smile.

Dreams do come true with a little bit of running and chasing.

For today, I felt how it really feels to be worthy.

Caffeinated Love

Anjali watches the raindrops decorating her glass window, gliding and reaching one another, creating a slow dance, accompanied by perfect silent rhythm. September has come finally bringing along heavy clouds, gloomy weather and memories of a beautiful chapter in her life. She stood still, wondering what had changed all this while or does things really changed. She could never be sure of that. The wind gushes through the crack of her windows, just like those memories filling up all the empty spaces on her mind and brings her back to herself, to a moment where everything were rosy, young and simple, where a love story knitted carefully in the name of friendship remain untold forever.

‘Anju, don’t you think it’s a perfect time for coffee’

“I told you, stop calling me with that name,I don’t like it.. and coffee? How can you ever consume that awfully tasteless caffeinated drink and I just hate that smell” smirked Anjali.

Please Anju, make one for me just once,I need coffee to continue with our assignment

“As far as I knew I have been doing the project alone all this while and you have been doing nothing than nudging me for coffee from just now’’ said Anjali while walking through her kitchen.

She can never say no to Sid, they had known each other since young and not even on his slightest thought, he doubted that Anjali might have had develop feelings for him. Beneath the arguments, beneath the pat on his shoulder, beneath the shares of jokes, beneath everything lies Anjali’s strong desire for him. She’s his shadow in the dark, the kind of person that would walk with him even when the world is against her.

The smell of that brew coffee is still alive till today, she doesn’t know when it all started, the same love that Sid had for coffee. Was it when Sid confessed to her that he’s in love with Maya?  Was it when her father decided that Raam is the right candidate for her to spend the rest of her life with? Was it when she cried her heart out to her mother about Sid on the night before her wedding with Raam? Was it when she started to secretly yearn for Sid during those nights when she was completely silent and wished that maybe she could’ve had changed the plot of her own script?

She made herself a cup of coffee just the way Sid loved it, thick and strong. It was drizzling outside and a coffee would just be great to spend some time on the porch while watching the rain drops slowly making its way to the ground. Slowly, she let herself carried away by her own thoughts.

Anju,I have something to tell you. I have been trying to tell you all this while but it just that I couldn’t find the right time to break the news to you.

‘Then what stopping you now, just kill the suspense’’
It’s Maya,I’m  in love with her..

Maya’s name pulled a string from her heart. She never thought Maya was the one who’s been filling up his thoughts, his dreams and his world all this while. She felt betrayed by her own assumption. She had let herself fooled and she could hardly blame anyone except her own self.

Everything that happened on that day was crystal clear to her mind. While she was taken a ride on her past, Raam’s voice forced her to travel back to the present moment. He had woken up from his evening nap. She saw him leaning on the door with a shawl on his hands. Maybe if she confessed her true feeling to Sid that day, perhaps it would be Sid the one standing there with a shawl on his hand. Destiny always has its own reason.

‘I was just wondering you might need this, it’s just cold outside there’ said Raam.

Raam is every woman’s dream. In fact he never fails her in any ways. Twenty two years of their marriage were a blissful one. Two kids, a beautiful mansion house by the sea and a reality that could just be a dream for a common person. She had it all but she felt nothing at all. Perhaps things don’t change from that moment she walked away. She still find herself keep going back to a place that she always been real.

‘I guess I don’t need that.I’m done with my coffee. It’s just too cold here’Anjali smiled

Anjali followed him inside and shut the door of her past with a smile, she will come again tomorrow to the same porch, with the same cup of coffee, just the way Sid loved it.

Maybe all she was hoping for it to rain tomorrow. It would be just perfect.

P.S :This piece had been drafted months ago,but I never had the guts to post it here till today..so,please read okay? :)

A Letter to an ugly man

To whom it may concern,

You have many sides and I have seen all side of yours. Clad in those Armani-Exchange shirt and silk tie, you happened to be one of the high profiled executives and I know how proudly you think of yourself. Do you know that they hate you, those ladies especially when you touch them on their back and stare at their chest while they do the talking? You may not be surprised that I knew this stuff of yours because it’s just too obvious. They don’t find the guts to act against you for the only reason that you are superior to them and this job is the only thing that will bring food on the table.

But there’s something else that I knew about you that you maybe surprised. The person that you became after coming home, the kind of beast that you transformed in that white shirt and cargo shorts. As soon as you open up that beer can, the beast side of yours came to the surface and the rest will be another day of nightmare for your wife and kids to endure.

Almost everyday she shows me the bruises and red marks all over her face and her back. She tried to put on make ups, but they failed to veil those scars. Whenever she shared her stories with me, I held back my tears, for the reason it could make her even weaker. She told me that she’s tough, she could work it out and there’s no way than staying with you for the sake of her kids. But then one day she was sobbing hard, cheek reddened and tears flowing and with interrupted speech she told me that your 16 years old son had started to follow your path. He started to sneak out the whiskeys and cigarettes from the shelves. I was hopeless but she was helpless. I hugged her and let her cry for a while, and then drive her back to the same hell called home. Since that day, she stopped smiling once and for all. I knew she lied about the ‘being tough’ part.

You have disappointed your wife, your mother and your sisters, but all this doesn’t matter that much because the saddest part of this story  is that you have disappointed your daughter, the eight years old little girl that will hide herself in the cupboard whenever the beating and abusing starts. That’s how it all gets started, the trembled hands still trembling whenever she hears your footstep.

You have stolen her childhood and her dreams for a better future. Now every time she sees a man, your image will be haunting her all her life.

I’m sorry to say this, you don’t even qualify to be called a man, because real men don’t abuse. One day, all the scars might disappear, the wounds might heal but those moments will be forever imprinted on their minds. Everything that you did will be reflected back upon you, and regrets will creep in…but it will be too late..the damage had been done, there’s no chance of returning back because the heart might forgive but can never forget.

May God never bless you!

From
A Stranger that hates you

Falling for you

Hey folks, this story has nothing to do with anyone alive or dead. It is merely a fiction and I do expect some rotten tomatoes thrown at me as soon as you’ve finished reading (in case you finish reading) but since this is a virtual world, I am safe, but please try not to send me hate mails, because I wont be bothered to answer them :P..anyway have fun reading

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Yes, she’s the one, the kajal eyed girl that still makes my heart beat even though five years had passed since the last day I saw her. Well for someone who already resides in your heart forever, five years is just a matter of seconds. There’s not even a slight change in her from the first moment I laid my eyes on her but there were some doubts racing through my mind “ Will she remember this Vasu, or will she even recognize me?I still remember the first day I saw her. The moments were clearly imprinted on my mind; some memories are just too stubborn to get off your mind even after you had chased it out several times. It returns back unashamedly but each time it leaves, it left a smile!

I was feeling really nervous that day but my parents were so over the moon, the fact that I fail to understand till to date. How can they be extremely happy when they are sending off their one and only son to a land totally alien to their soft-hearted son? They coaxed me to enter this university which they regard as one of the top universities in the world but even the realisation of setting my foot to a place faraway from home clearly brings discomfort to my intestines and the whole other internal organs inside my body as well. They don’t understand the fear that I have inside me and parting away from my lifelines and being independent is seriously freaking the hell out of me!

I am different. I am the type of boys that easily falls prey to big, hulky boys at school. I am the type of boys that carry handkerchief wherever I go as I catch a cold easily. Girls look at me weirdly as if I should be avoided at any cost and I am one of the boys that will be cleaning the pukes of first-timer drunken teenagers during prom nights. I am weak inside and out. I thought my parents were making the biggest mistake in their entire life by sending me here but I never knew then that their decision will eventually carve a beautiful path in my journey of life.

After bidding a tearful goodbye to my parents, I headed on to login into my hostel room, and it seems like the other two boys that will accompanying me for the next four years were out and I quickly sneak out of the room with the hope that I will not be confronting them for at least two more days and besides that I have a class to attend!

After several rounds of embarrassing myself by entering the wrong class, finally I’ve managed to reach the right one! Department of Chemical Engineering stood proudly in front of me and I could feel there’s a pour of excitement in me after managing to find the right faculty!

With a heavy backpack and a trembled heart, I make my first move into the class; the students were busy filling up the empty seats. I aimed an empty seat at the corner of the room and I walked toward it silently praying that the seat will not be taken till I made my way move over there. That is the perfect corner seat for me.The strategy was well drawn on my mind, I will get the sit and nobody will notice me at all for the next 2 hours of lecture. It saves a whole load of headache trying to make friends with some bunch of people with crooked neurons. While slowly executing my strategy I wasn’t aware that they were a pair of legs that’s planning to topple me down once I reach its territory.

I heard a loud bang and I saw myself lying on the floor overwhelmed with my back pack on top of my back and accompanied with some thoughts on my mind  “ Damn it Vasu, how can you be so professional at this? Well, it’s a great start for the first day, you will certainly go far’’

Simultaneously with the sound of own body smashing the floor I heard the ever famous giggles and laughter from the fellow students or should I say the jerks that I would be spending my four more years here.

Amidst the ocean of condemning and laughter I saw a hand reaching out for me, a delicate hand with some glass bangles around the wrist. I reached for her hand and she helps me to get up.I wear my cracked glasses and looked up at her to convey my appreciation, but i couldn't move my lips because that moment I felt as though a hurricane had just invaded my heart but this one doesn't leave my heart barren instead small little beautiful flowers had just begun to grow. This is how I saw her for the first time.

P.S : Will it be continued? I have no idea!!!

okay folks 3...2.. and 1..here you go...and you may include rotten eggs too

CONFESSION Of A Little Angel

Dear mother,

Ma, I don’t know whether I have the rights to call you that or not, At least I would be able to call you ma here. It never crosses my mind that I will never be able to call you ma. My first cry seems to be a burden for you because I saw you crying helplessly when you first held me in your arms. My tiny body somehow felt heavy for your eyes.

Seeing you cried, I cried too. But then the emotions changed. Behind your hatred and cries I saw a weak smile curled at the corner of your lips. Maybe you loved me too and maybe I have a chance to live. But to my dismay, the moment was short lived.

You wrapped me in a blanket as if I have to be hidden quickly before anyone saw me. In your eyes, I was the yield of the sin that you had committed. You claimed that you saw your past flashing through my eyes and that’s the reason why I shouldn’t be with you.

Maybe, I shouldn’t been born after all and I never asked to be born too. Amidst the pain, I saw you rushing as if time had given you a deadline. You cuddled me and instantly I felt warm and cosy when you held me in your arms. I felt true love for the first time in my life ,yes mother, you the first person I had fallen in love with.

You took me to some place, and it might just take some moments but strangely I feel as though I was taken on the longest ride in my life. Yes it was indeed the longest day in my life which happened to be on the day I was born!  We arrived as you planned, and you placed me somewhere and you just walked away, without even a goodbye. Maybe it was easy for you to walk away, but it wasn’t easy for me to let you go. I was afraid and the only thing I knew was to cry. I waited for your return and I knew that I can’t wait any longer.

You didn’t come back indeed nobody came that day. The clouds were changing its colour and the sky started to weep as well. The sound of the rain overcame my voice. My tears were sinking behind the heavy downpour. I cried ..cried ..cried and then I smiled..

The longest day in my life had just ended.

If I knew that this would be the ending, I will never have had hoped for a beginning

I was lost and abandoned, but now safe and sound in God’s arm.

Ma,if you still thinking about me,I just wanted to tell you  that I had forgiven you long ago…and thank you for giving me the very first taste of love!!..You had thrown me away from your life but remember I AM a part of you, the part of  you, that you can’t just eliminate  away from your life!!

Sincerely
Your little angel

P.S Every child has the inherent right to life itself. It’s overwhelming to see little angels thrown away just like that. Sometimes I think animals are more compassionate that human.

This post is dedicated to all the little angels out there,
You deserve Heaven more than here.

NoTe: This is my first attempt at writing a fiction.Although it is just a fiction, somehow the message is true and honest. Constructive feedback is very much needed and will be appreciated.Thank you in advance =)
