Too Loud

It's just way too loud, the way the ladies in the office laughing hysterically. Especially when its 6am, you just want to start the morning quietly and mind your own business. Their voices and laughter sounds like a pain to my ears, the kind of pain that bothers my concentrations and attention towards work.

Why is it so hard to start a conversation with you, you are just too quiet and I heard you were very chirpy once? one of them asked.

The reason is I have chose to be close only to people that I like, people who I think are kind, not with people who wants something out of me so that my story can fill up the voids and empty silences during  their lunch time. They have spoken bad about others to me. So it doesn't take much longer for them to gossip about me.

I wish I can say this straight to her face someday.

Should I?

  1. Say it in a way she understands..and doesn't even get offended :)

  2. I agree with Alcina, talking to people in a way they understand is always the key. Everyone understand things differently, and the fact that you are aware of your co-workers reasons for being as they are means that you have made great use of your solitude. We can only see in others that which we have seen within ourselves. The good thing about self awareness is that you can control what you give to people. They can't take anything from you that you don't give them.

I do understand needing solitude, especially first thing in the morning with a cup of coffee.

  3. Actually dont bother. You think they deserve even that?

  4. Red is right. Choose your company carefully. But you know what... Don't be annoyed cause annoyance shows. Wishing you peace.

  5. 6AM start times, how can you manage? That's like bedtime for me some days.

  6. it has been so long since i last left something here.
    ok cliche one.

    Analyse then take action

  7. You are in the office at 6 am?! Yup, that's all I took from this post. Blimey.

  8. when the inside is serene the outside noise is often unheard...

but true this early morning loud ubiquitous chatter is definitely killing

Unwrap a smile and leave some love!
